Head Coach: Richard Morrison
Having played football all my life and now being too old to play competitively, there is nothing more rewarding than coaching the U8’s on a Tuesday evening and then putting into practice what we have worked on in a match on Saturdays. Football is my passion, if I’m not watching a game at Charlton with my two sons, I’ll be watching a game on TV or playing in the garden or park with the boys. I am also the Vice Chairman for non-competitive age groups at the club which I thoroughly enjoy doing.
Coaching Qualifications:FA Level 1 and FA Youth Award Module 1. Currently undertaking FA Level 2 to be completed by the end of 2015.

Assistant Coach: Duncan Shrimpton

I have been involved in football for over 30 years either playing or coaching. I completed my FA Youth Award Level 3 assessment in 2013 and Coerver Youth Diploma in 2014. I have been with Kings Hill FC for 6 years and I love seeing the players develop both as footballers and as individuals during their time with the Club. During 2015 I have been working towards completing my UEFA-B. I only wish that I had done this whilst I was still playing.
Coaching Qualifications:FA Youth Award Level 3 & FA Level 2. Coerver Youth Diploma. UEFA-B in progress

I completed my Level 1 Award in Coaching Football several years ago. I completed my FA Youth Award Module 1 in the summer of 2015 and plan to complete my Youth Award Module 2 in 2016.

Football Philosophy
We concentrate on developing the fundamental movements of football. We focus on technical ability and give the players as many opportunities as possible to work with the ball as we can. We try to use our training session structure to promote our learning goals so as to reduce the number of coaching interventions required in a game scenario, so when match day comes round the boys are prepared as best as they can be. We recognise that all of our players are different and learn in different ways. We use individual challenges to stretch our players and we encourage our players to try new skills and to make mistakes as self learning often gives the best outcome.
